  • A strong preference for Catholic schools, as more than twice as many elementary school age children are in Catholic schools compared to PSR.
  • A 32% decline in Mass attendance during the past decade.
  • Currently, there are 18 diocesan and 2 order priests assigned to this group.
  • Long term, there may be only 13 diocesan priests available for ministry in this planning area.
